St. Basil's is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Communications Consultant to lead strategic communication efforts that strengthen engagement with staff, residents, and the wider community. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will guide messaging across digital, print, and public platforms?ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with our mission.

You'll be the guardian of our brand voice, reviewing and approving all written content across the organisation, from newsletters to marketing campaigns. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive brand storytelling, manage media relations, and support stakeholder engagement to build a strong and positive public presence.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Developing and executing communication and brand strategies
• Leading media and public relations initiatives
• Driving marketing campaigns and stakeholder engagement
• Managing crisis communications and reputation protection

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in strategic communications, marketing, or public relations
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content review skills
• Strong understanding of brand management and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Skills and Qualifications:

� A tertiary qualification in communications, digital communications, public relations, journalism, marketing (or related discipline)

� Experience in similar role, ideally within an aged care or human services organisation

� A proven track record of partnering with stakeholders to develop and deliver successful communications strategies, plans, initiatives and campaigns

� Demonstrated experience applying communications expertise to build engagement and reputation management

� Demonstrate excellence in concepting, copywriting, proofing, and engaging different target audiences.

� Demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.
