What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

Can keep their cool under pressure, even with a busy switchboard (and the odd grumpy caller)

Is organised, proactive and loves ticking off a to-do list!

Knows reception/admin OR is keen to jump in and learn fast

Believes in great customer service and looking after people

Will fit right into our team banter, morning teas and “occasional” lunches

What You’ll Actually Do

(aka what your mum will tell her friends you do, but with fewer acronyms):

Be the first friendly voice clients hear on the phone.

Help people with their queries (big and small).

Issue keys, organise access, and keep things moving behind the scenes.

Support with our busy admin inboxes and associated tasks

Basically, be the glue that keeps our Perth office running smoothly
