WANTED: Remarkable Receptionist for Short-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our small admin team in Maddington as soon as possible. Our customer service team members are essential to the success of the company as a whole.

This role will be part-time on a short-term contract (ending 19 December 2025) with the possibility of becoming permanent in 2026. Tasks involved include, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, passing on messages, welcoming visitors to the business, showing clients our different products, taking payments, directing sales enquiries to the relevant staff and assisting members of the admin team as required.

Composure and flexibility are essential in this role as you will be interacting with people from all walks of life... each with their own mission to complete.

This can be a fast-paced role at times so the ability to juggle priorities and type quickly would be an advantage. The hours will be 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following:

Previous reception or customer service experience essential

Pleasant phone manner and welcoming personality

Strong organisational skills

Confident using Word/Excel and quick typing speed

Attention to detail

Great with people and clear communicator

Mature approach to problem solving

Positive energy with a sense of humour!

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

An understanding of Xero and Factory app would be an advantage.
