We're looking for a qualified and experienced Plant/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Kiama.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and technical manuals
repair and/or service Plant/Heavy vehicles
Accurately record all details accordingly and maintain accurate service records.
Support workshop safety and cleanliness in accord of WHS policies.
Essential Requirements:
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent trade qualification
Current HR licence
• Minimum 2+ years experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and repairs
AIS license for cars and Heavy Vehicles an advantage.
Preferred (but not essential):
Forklift licence
Basic welding experience
Computer literacy for diagnostic equipment
