About the role

Brodie's Mobile Truck Repairs (BMTR) is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Girraween 2145 NSW. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday with overtime and optional weekend work available, and you will play a critical role in servicing and maintaining our customers fleets of heavy vehicles, Our workshop is located in Girraween where we maintain a fleet of 75 waste collection trucks in house, This role will include a service truck provided with mobile/breakdown work for the right candidate.

What we're looking for

Must have their own tools, Various workshop/specialty tools will be provided

Must be able to work on their own in a safe and productive manner

MR license minimum

Have trade qualifications as a Truck Mechanic - Heavy Commercial Vehicles

Experience in hydraulics and waste collection vehicles/compactors

Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail

Have a good mechanical aptitude

Demonstrate a professional and outcome focus

Work well individually and as part of a team

Want to be part of a culture of learning and continuous improvement

Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance and customer service

Hourly rate negotiable for the right candidate and experience
