About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic(s) to join our Muswellbrook team. With opportunities in both our workshop and mine site operations, this is a chance to take your career to the next level in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a Tefol mechanic, you will be an integral part of our operations, delivering high-quality mechanical services that uphold our reputation and keep our clients’ equipment running safely and efficiently.

Key Duties

Carrying out servicing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy on-highway vehicles (B-Doubles, bogie axle vehicles, trailers, trucks, etc.)

Maintaining a strong safety-first approach in all tasks

Collaborating with your team and sharing knowledge

Communicating effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members

The successful applicant will possess the following skills

Appropriate trade qualifications in Heavy Vehicles

Excellent communications skills

Team Player and pro-active

Proven capacity to problem solve with excellent time management skills

Strong commitment to safe work practices

Current drivers licence

Possess, or be willing to attain an MR drivers licence
