About the Role
Join our team as a Case Worker supporting children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. You’ll lead case planning, supervise staff, and deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe support that creates stability, safety, and brighter futures.

🫶 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead and review case and cultural support plans under the NSW Permanency Support Program
• Supervise and coach front-line staff and House Managers
• Support children’s wellbeing, transitions, and life skills
• Respond to incidents, lead debriefs, and ensure follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with OOHC requirements
💼 What You’ll Bring:
• Relevant qualification (Diploma minimum)
• Strong case management experience and planning skills
• Experience supervising or coaching staff
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence
