XPower is in search of Multi skilled VESI trained Excavator Operator/Civil Worker, We are a ETU union based company that prides itself on of being the best in the industry.

VESI training certification is required at time of application.

Minimum 3+ years excavator operating experience is essential.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Minimum 3+ years civil construction experience is required.

A valid heavy rigid driver's licence is required for this role.

Ensure all required forms & documents for works/services is identified, completed and returned

Completes general labouring

Conducts Traffic management/control if needed

Completes general housekeeping

When required, or when other team members are not available, perform any required task they are qualified to do during works/services

Takes reasonable care for their own health & safety and that of others, affected by their actions/work performances

Ensures all activities comply with relevant legislative, Australian and industry standards, including but not limited to the Health & Safety Act 2004 & Regulations, The Green Book, etc

Completes relevant H&S and general forms & documents as required

Makes themselves aware of, and always meets, H&S, environmental and quality requirements for any works/services

Achieves and maintains competency to use relevant emergency resources, including plans, equipment and processes

Maintains a professional and friendly manner with customers at all times

Represents XPower in a safe, competent and professional manner, and always supports XPower's positive relationship with its customers, subcontractors or other parties involved in XPower's work & practices

Attends and completes relevant meetings & training (both on and off the job)

Other reasonable tasks as directed
