About the role

Notley Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Earthmoving Excavator Plant Operator to join our team on a full-time basis in Kilmore, VIC. As key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a range of earthmoving equipment to support the delivery of construction projects across the region.

What you'll be doing

Operate a range of earthmoving equipment including excavators, and skid steers to perform essential construction tasks such as digging, loading, and site preparation

Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance of assigned plant and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety

Work closely with the site manager and construction crew to coordinate the most efficient use of equipment and resources

Adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Keeping machines cleaned and maintained

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years experience operating a variety of earthmoving equipment in a construction environment

Proficient in the use of excavators, skid steers

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to respond effectively to dynamic site conditions

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices

Valid HR or HC driver's licence and Construction Industry White Card

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and under minimal supervision
