Youth Lab is expanding our phenomenal team.

We are looking for a part-time Clinic Coordinator to join our team providing front of house administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administration skills along with client service skills, and a passion for the cosmetic industry. While experience in cosmetics, beauty or health industries, as well as impeccable interpersonal skills, are highly desired, we also welcome candidates with transferrable skills or experience.

Skills and Experience:⁠ The role will require you to work closely with our cosmetic practitioners, dermal team and of course your clinic support team mates in a holistic, supportive and above all fun team environment⁠.⁠⠀⁠⁠

You should have the following key attributes:
• ⁠Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in cosmetics, beauty or health industry is desirable [or] a skill set you consider as transferrable
• Experience with appointment management software
• Experience with Gmail, Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Commitment to learning and professional development
• Passionate about skin health and skin care
• Knowledge of skin care products, dermal therapies, injectables and laser treatments

This is a position with a strong administrative focus and the following key duties:
• Daily clinic set up, close down
• Coordinating client appointments⁠⁠, including check in and check out process
• Proactively action phone and email enquiries⁠⁠
• Daily administrative duties
• Stock take tasks
• Ensuring a 5 star in-clinic experience⁠⁠ through outstanding client service
