About the Role

My client, a well-established Aged Care provider, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join their facility near Hamilton Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leadership role where you'll make a genuine difference in the lives of residents and their families by ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.
• Oversee resident assessments and ensure care plans are accurate, up to date, and individualised.
• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
• Support and develop staff through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Lead quality improvement projects to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
• Foster a positive culture of respect, compassion, and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).
• 2+ years team leadership experience within residential aged care.
• In-depth knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, compliance, and governance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be currently based in Australia with full working rights.
