About the organisation & position
This organisation is a highly respected paediatric therapy provider local to the area, specialising in the delivery of personalised therapy and assessment services to help children thrive. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist within the team, you will utilise your clinical skills and knowledge to manage a diverse paediatric caseload, providing tailored therapy and assessments to children one-on-one or within group programs. Partnered with an ease into your allied health career within a kick-start New Graduate Program.
New Graduate Program Overview:
- One-on-one and group mentoring / supervision sessions weekly
- Generous professional development allowance of $2500
- Thorough induction and shadowing for your first few weeks
- Gradual build into your caseload for your first 6 months
- Flexible work-life balance: 4.5 day work week
Key Duties:
- Managing a diverse caseload in the scope of; sensory exploration, early childhood development, physical development, cognitive function, emotional regulation & more
- Providing therapy services in clinic and school holiday programs
- Providing education workshops to families & teachers where needed
- Actively participate in 1:1 and group mentoring sessions
- Actively participating in discipline & MD team PD workshops

Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration or ability to obtain
- Current National Police Clearance
- Ability to obtain NDIS check and Working with Children Check
- Passionate about providing family and children centred practice
