Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for a curious, enthusiastic and detail-oriented new starter to join our team of Fraud/AML professionals in ITSM’s growing Risk Management department.

What you’ll be doing:

The role involves, but is not limited to –

Account screening to identify and action fraudulent customer profiles

Identification and investigation of suspicious/unusual behavioural indicators

Enhanced Due Diligence screening and reporting on high value / high risk accounts

Employing open-source intelligence gathering techniques to mitigate fraud and AML risks

Liaising with the business and other stakeholders on Fraud, AML/CTF matters

Compiling chargeback reports & data entry/reconciliation of charged back/disputed transactions against customer accounts

Screening and profiling of new and existing customer accounts for Fraud and AML risks

Desired Skills / Experience:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

A keen eye for detail

Methodical and systematic approach to work and time management

Enthusiasm and an ability to be agile and adapt quickly to new business/operational requirements

Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
