🎯 About the Role
Our advice work is around strategic goals based financial planning, including everything from tax reduction strategies (including tax structures), investing, employer share plans, superannuation, insurance, and estate planning. The core of a Client Service role at Pivot is being responsible for supporting a Financial Adviser with the following:
Implementation of Adviser recommendations and liaison with third parties as necessary.
Run meetings with clients to assist with implementation of financial advice.
Build and maintain genuine relationships with our new & existing clients.
Schedule client meetings and follow-ups efficiently.
Regularly assess and ensure compliance standards are met across all client files.
Prepare necessary documentation accurately.
Promptly follow up on requests from both advisers and clients.
Maintain Xplan database.

The successful candidate will be someone who understands that outstanding customer service is a key building block in successful relationships, someone who realises that the little things are the big things, has a keen attention to detail, and will take initiative to support both clients and their wider team.
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Commerce OR a Diploma of Financial Planning
2+ years in a customer-focused role, ideally within a Financial Advice practice.
Exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
A committed and caring attitude focused on productivity, high-quality service and clients’ goals
Proven strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work closely in a team and autonomously
Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
