An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced client services officer to join a well regarded and progressive business, supporting two principal financial advisors and being key point of contact for their clients.

This diverse role will provide you with the utmost in autonomy and variety while seeing you become the key point of contact for clients, and working in a dynamic and professional office.

You will be responsible for managing all financial planning and insurance administration, SOA/ROA preparation, implementation, and provision of high end client services and support, in addition to being the advisor's right hand 'person' in the office. This great support role will offer scope to be involved in all facets of the business and would suit someone who enjoys a great work environment and ever supportive boss.

We are seeking a candidate who truly enjoys support/PA style roles and loves dealing with clients.

To be successful for this role, candidates must meet the following pre-requisites:

• RG146 compliant (preferred)

• Minimum 12-24 months of experience in a financial planning/insurance environment (admin based) essential

• Experience in the full implementation process (preferred)

• Experience in paraplanning/basic SOA/ROA production (preferred)

• Xplan experience

• Exceptional client relationship/client service skills

• Impeccable presentation

• High levels of accuracy, initiative and a pro-active and enthusiastic work ethic

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, and high levels of attention to detail.
