What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
Leading service and mentoring junior staff
Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency
Assisting with menu planning, prep, and specials
Maintaining hygiene, OH&S, and food safety standards
Contributing to a strong kitchen culture and team dynamic
