Consistently busy and highly respected, we are looking for a CHEF to join the team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in a full time Chef or full time larder role
A knowledge and passion for working as part of a positive and enthusiastic team
Experience with Modern Australian menus
A passion for food and cooking and the courage to be creative
The ability to perform and thrive in high pressure moments
A high level of communication skills both with front of house and within your team when the pressure is on
Time management skills and must be highly organised within all sections and committed to maintaining prep levels
The ability to be a leader within the team
Experience in maintaining food safety records

WE ARE OFFERING
A full time position at the iconic Standard Hotel Fitzroy
A annual salary in the range of $75,000 to $85,000, plus Superannuation
