What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across key sectors (education, aged care, property management, government).
• Follow up on completed jobs to ensure client satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
• Attend site visits, scope work, prepare quotes, and respond to client queries.
• Manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups using our CRM.
• Coordinate with admin and trade teams to ensure seamless handover and job delivery.
• Support marketing initiatives with offers, campaigns, and client engagement ideas.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline activity and sales performance.

About You:

• Strong people skills with the ability to build trust.
• Background in the construction industry (ideal but not essential).
• Experience in sales, quoting, or account management.
• Commercial awareness – confident in margins, quoting, and closing deals.
• Organised, reliable, and an excellent communicator.
• Comfortable using CRMs and structured sales processes.
