The Position, but not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage a mixed portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle conflicts and disputes, fostering positive relationships with owners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial activities, maintain accurate business records, and provide timely reporting.
  • Plan and conduct Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other key meetings.
  • Review, assess, and implement strata and community management agreements.
  • Coordinate maintenance, and repairs, to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Contribute to the development and management of property and facilities contracts.
  • Full support from admin

The Criteria:

  • Experience managing your own portfolio
  • Current relevant certifications and valid driver's license
  • Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
  • An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
  • Have excellent time management skills
