Black Owl Design is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing & Communications person to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of industry experience who thrives on creativity, building relationships, and driving results.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role you will be skilled in these areas

Content Creation: Craft compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including print, websites, social media, email, and advertising campaigns.

Client Relations: Build strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, networking events and a proactive approach to understanding their marketing needs.

Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, and more for clients as well as mange Black Owl's internal marketing.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence for clients, creating engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) and scheduling across platforms. FB, IG and LI.

Performance Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media accounts, using data to optimise strategies and achieve goals.

Paid Advertising: Not required but bonus if you have experience with creating, executing, and managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.

Business Development & Outreach: Identify new opportunities for client growth and contribute to strategies for promoting Black Owl Design and its services.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A passion for marketing, communications, and client relations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with social media management and content creation

Experience with paid advertising platforms is a bonus (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive and enthusiastic attitude

2-3 years of industry experience

Must love dogs
