Marketing Coordinator

Are you a proactive marketer who thrives on variety? This role is an exciting opportunity to work across all areas of marketing, supporting campaign execution, events, local area initiatives, and day-to-day coordination tasks. You'll be an integral part of the marketing team, ensuring projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and finance support, including invoices and payment processing.

Assist in campaign delivery - from briefing designers to managing digital, print, and in-store materials.

Coordinate local area marketing activities and maintain up-to-date contact databases.

Support the planning and delivery of events when required.

Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Senior Specialist on ad hoc tasks and team priorities.

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or coordination role.

Strong communication and organisation skills with an eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines with urgency and professionalism.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to retail or FMCG marketing advantageous.
