We’re searching for a transformational executive to step into the role of Chief Customer & People Officer (CCPO) - a critical position on our Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board.

As we continue to scale and evolve, we’re looking for a transformative leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as our next Chief Customer & People Officer (CCPO) - a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, and a champion for both customer excellence and employee success.
About the Role
This isn’t your typical dual-function role. The CCPO sits at the powerful intersection of customer experience and people strategy, driving value across every touchpoint in a global service environment.
You’ll lead thousands of employees through spans and layers of leadership, influencing culture, capability, and client success at every level. As a leader of leaders, you’ll ensure our people strategies directly fuel operational performance and commercial outcomes.
With visibility across the enterprise, this role shapes how we attract, retain, and develop talent—and how we deliver measurable impact for the world-class organisations we serve.
What You’ll Lead
Enterprise Leadership
· Strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on culture, talent, and customer experience
· Inspire high-performing, globally distributed teams
· Build leadership capability to support scalable, sustainable growth
· Represent Intogreat at senior-level client, industry, and regulatory forums
Customer Experience
· Lead customer success strategy to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term value
· Embed customer-centric thinking into service delivery and organisational design
· Partner with business leaders to ensure talent strategy supports client outcomes
· Champion innovation in service models and solution offerings
People & Culture
· Set and execute a global people strategy across 1–3K employees
· Drive leadership development, succession planning, and workforce scalability
· Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture
· Ensure compliance with employment law, labour standards, and HR governance globally
Strategic Growth & Transformation
· Translate business strategy into people and operational outcomes
· Collaborate on digital transformation and workforce optimisation initiatives
· Build strong, strategic relationships with top-tier clients
· Promote Intogreat’s broader capabilities beyond offshoring - including Outsourcing, Automation, and Business Intelligence
Governance & Risk
· Build robust frameworks for compliance, change, and operational excellence
· Ensure effective governance across customer and people functions

· Executive-level presence and credibility, with the ability to influence at Board level
· Strategic, commercial mindset with a deep understanding of customer-led growth
· Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams through scale and transformation
· Expertise in building leadership capability and embedding performance culture
