They provide a comprehensive range of services to strata schemes, owners corporations and corporate clients and are now looking to recruit a Strata Manager for their eastern suburb's portfolio.

Day to day responsibilities of the successful Strata Manager will include:

• Managing an established portfolio based in the Eastern Suburbs
• Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries
• Acting in a true relationship management capacity to always ensure A grade service and retention of clients
• Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
• Chairing OC meetings

The successful Strata Manager will have the following professional and personal attributes:

• Prior experience as a Strata Manager
• Class 2 license or in the process of obtaining
• Solid knowledge of strata legislation
• Superior communication skills and a high level of business acumen
• Enjoy building robust, ongoing client relationships
