People Mill Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Queensland based Insurance Broker, soon to centralise their business operations in Brisbane.

Our client is a business insurance broker that prioritises their clients requirements going above and beyond, and they have the industry awards to prove it. They’ve truly built a brokerage on trust, honesty, and dedication to our clients.

Backed by Australia’s largest broking group, Steadfast, our client is growing rapidly, and soon to be making the move from North Queensland to Brisbane, looking at office locations around South Brisbane. In the meantime, this role can be remote.

Role

The business owner is very keen to take on a seasoned Account Executive / Broker who can close deals, confidentially interact with clients and show case your in-depth industry knowledge and cement yourself as a long term team member.

The amount of new business coming in is something only few could dream of.

Responsibilities:

· Managing day-to-day client relationships.

· Delivering client servicing and outcome-driven solutions in a timely manner.

· Handling new business enquiries

Key Accountabilities:

· Maintaining client satisfaction.

· Meeting timelines for client servicing and solutions.

· Working with our Customised Broking Technology systems

· Meeting new business targets, and hitting your commission

Requirements:

· Ideally 3-5+ years of experience in Account Executive / Broker role.

· Proven broking experience, including processing skills and full book management.

· Tier 1 and 2 qualifications.
