We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Fairfield. This role will suit someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and experience in project coordination within engineering, construction, or electrical services.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and communication between teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with planning, organising, and monitoring project delivery.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.

Coordinate engineering and field labour resources for short- and long-term requirements.

Act as a central point of contact across project teams, engineers, site staff, and stakeholders.

Schedule and facilitate meetings, managing agendas, action items, and follow-ups.

Prepare and distribute project documentation and progress reports.

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions.

Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in project coordination, ideally in engineering, construction, or electrical services.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Solid understanding of project management principles and resource planning.
