As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services within a supportive health service environment, working with patients, families, and colleagues to deliver safe and compassionate care. You will be accountable for your own standards of care while supporting and guiding others through delegated activities. Qualifications & Registration – Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds (or is eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
Clinical Expertise – Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice, with knowledge of legislation, standards, ethics, and quality improvement systems in healthcare.
Teamwork & Communication – Strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically in multidisciplinary teams.
Adaptability & Patient Focus – Flexible, innovative, and consumer-focused, with a demonstrated commitment to providing family-centred care and willingness to maintain cannulation competency.
