As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services within a supportive health service environment, working with patients, families, and colleagues to deliver safe and compassionate care. Qualifications & Registration – Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds (or is eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
Clinical Expertise – Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice, with knowledge of legislation, standards, ethics, and quality improvement systems in healthcare.
Teamwork & Communication – Strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically in multidisciplinary teams.
Adaptability & Patient Focus – Flexible, innovative, and consumer-focused, with a demonstrated commitment to providing family-centred care and willingness to maintain cannulation competency.
