We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Retail Assistant to join our team at TSG Tobacconist & Golden Casket Lotto stores across multiple locations in the Gladstone Region.

What We’re Looking For:

Retail experience essential (preferably in tobacco, lotto, or convenience retail)

Strong customer service and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy (especially for Lotto sales)

Willingness to work 25–30 hours minimum per week

Must be available for weekend shifts

Honest, reliable, and able to work independently

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Mature-aged candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Duties Will Include:

Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner

Processing Lotto, tobacco, and general retail sales

Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining store presentation

Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately

Following ID check protocols and compliance procedures
