The Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be a strategic senior finance professional with experience from large and complex organisations, and you will play a pivotal leadership role across Group Finance. As the Head of Group Finance – Corporate, you will be responsible for but not be limited to the following.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing corporate finance division.
  • Oversee financial management, reporting, controls, and compliance.
  • Partner with the senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, long-term forecasting, and audit processes.
  • Provide strategic financial input into group-wide projects, mergers & acquisitions, and capital planning.
  • Support the CFO around Board committees, Finance, and IT governance forums.
  • Ensure robust financial systems, including TechOne, support operational and strategic outcomes.

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will be a CA/CPA qualified senior finance professional, with deep technical expertise and proven success leading complex financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.

You are an engaging person that can lead high-performing teams, partners effectively with senior executives, and delivers insights that shape business strategy and performance. Most importantly, you lead with integrity, collaboration, and a strong alignment to organisational values and purpose.
