Head of Supply Chain

Do you have a passion for leading diverse Planning (Materials, Supply and Demand) and Logistics (warehousing and 3PL transport) teams and have experience working for a multi-site FMCG or complex Manufacturing Organisation in a cross-functional role supporting transformation and strategy development across the end to end Supply Chain?

My client is looking for a Head of Supply Chain who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment and can juggle numerous priorities at once to support the organisation through a significant period of growth, transformation and change.

You will be leading a Planning and Logistics team, with both a tactical and strategic lens to deliver:

• A clear and effective organisation design: right roles, right people, aligned processes.
• A well-structured S&OE process with clear ownership and deliverables.
• Tangible logistics optimisation: consolidated transport, optimised warehousing, reduced cost-to-serve.
• Uplift in team capability, clarity in roles, and improved stakeholder alignment.

We are seeking someone who has experience across:

• Transformational Change mindset and ability to challenge the status quo within a growing FMCG organisation.
• Skilled in leading Planning and Logistics teams across the end to end Supply Chain.
• A change agent - pragmatic, analytical, and able to challenge mindsets while presenting a vision for excellence.
• Commercially savvy with a track record of delivering transformation in complex, multi-site environments.
• Collaborative yet decisive, with the ability to influence across functions and industries.
