Contract Administrator/Estimator - Civil Construction

We’re expanding and looking for a Contract Administrator / Estimator who’s ready to hit the ground running. This is a chance to make the role yours — we’re growing fast and need additional support to strengthen and back our operations team.

About the Role

This is a newly created role in our well-established civil and earthworks business — meaning you’ll have the chance to shape how we run contracts and estimates from day one. You’ll be working on diverse WA projects and will have the freedom to make the role your own as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on knowledge of Agtek and Expert Estimation, CostX (or similar) – must-have.

Civil construction experience in Contract Administration – nice to have.

Strong understanding of procurement, project lifecycles, and estimating.

Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines with accuracy.

Clear communicator with confidence dealing with clients, suppliers, and crews.

Proactive problem-solver who thrives on getting things done.

Formal qualifications (Construction Management or similar) are a plus, but not essential.
