Head of Growth (Recruitment & Talent)

This role isn't about processing resumes it's about proactive connection and growth. You'll be the architect of our team, ensuring we have the right people and the right relationships to scale effectively.

What You'll Do:

Lead Recruitment Strategy: You'll design and execute a proactive system to consistently attract top Allied Health talent. Your goal is to transform referrals and professional networks into our most powerful channel for new hires. You'll also maintain a "dream list" of future candidates, always staying ahead of demand.

Oversee Business Development (BDM): You'll provide strategic oversight to ensure our business development aligns directly with our recruitment and growth targets. You'll guide marketing and BDM efforts to deliver a consistent message and use market intelligence to drive both people and client growth.

Shape Our Growth Systems: You will work closely with leadership to design team structures and create scalable processes that integrate recruitment with business development. You'll help us become both an employer of choice and a partner of choice in our industry.

This Role is for You If...

You have a strong background in recruitment or headhunting, ideally within the Allied Health or professional services sector.

You are a natural networker, comfortable mapping markets and directly approaching top talent.

You thrive on proactive outreach, not "post and pray" job ads.

You can step up to guide business development, ensuring our growth strategies are cohesive across talent and business.

You're an Australian resident, comfortable working remotely with full accountability for your results.

You want a strong base salary with the potential to earn up to $170k+ (base + on-target earnings).
