The opportunity

Join the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office (TCSO) as a Facilities Project Management Officer, where you will play a key role in advancing the strategic objectives of Toowoomba Catholic Schools by overseeing multiple capital works projects, as delegated by the Manager: Facilities Development. This role will see you have responsibility across the entire project lifecycle from initial concept through to final completion. For further information, please view the Role Description.

About you

Relevant tertiary qualifications in design, project management or related disciplines, or equivalent extensive relevant experience

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the building industry in one or more of the following areas: design, architecture and construction

Sound working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), other legislation and Australian standards pertaining to Building maintenance and the construction industry

Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to all schools within TCS on a regular basis

Current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card) or ability to obtain prior to commencement as required in the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000
