FIRM

This represents a rare opportunity at the level of Practice Manager with an outstanding accounting firm based in Brisbane with multiple office locations. This firm is growing rapidly, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

POSITION

Due to growth, the position of Practice Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide extensive leadership to the accounting and admin teams
  • Process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Managing business metrics and KPI's to ensure profitability
  • Providing guidance and support as needed
  • Special projects as directed by the executive team
  • Ensuring the smooth integration of newly acquired firms and clients
  • Uphold the firm's culture
  • Grow the firm's brand by providing clients with 110% with each and every interaction

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 10+ years experience in a similar role within a Big 4, Mid Tier or Large Accounting firm
  • Proven leadership and business improvement experience
  • Ability to work across multiple office locations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
