What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and inspire your sales team to exceed targets

Drive growth across both new and used vehicles

Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and a seamless buying experience

Implement and monitor sales strategies to ensure strong, consistent performance

Develop your team through training, mentoring, and career progression opportunities

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a motivated professional who can hit the ground running. You’ll bring:

Proven leadership experience in sales management (automotive preferred)

Experience with leading brands such as Hyundai, Nissan, or Isuzu (highly regarded)

Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills

A genuine passion for customer experience and building long-term relationships

Eligibility to obtain a QLD Office of Fair-Trading Motor Sales Certificate
