Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role
Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking an SMS Test and Data Migration Specialist to support the effective delivery of functional testing and data migration services for the implementation of a new Student Management System (SMS). This is a great opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, drive operational improvements, and support collaborative team success in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support key business functions in SMS testing and data migration.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to improve operations and services.
Support implementation of testing procedures, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to compliance, quality, and risk mitigation.
Maintain accurate records and reports aligned to internal and regulatory standards.
Skills and Experience Required
Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Project Management, Business, or IT.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Organised and detail-oriented with a solutions mindset.
Experience in test management and data migration for large enterprise systems.
Familiarity with SMS and CRM systems in the VET or HE sector is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Successful candidate will be required to provide:
A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A National Police Check
