About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeman & Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, and proven forklift experience (4-wheel and high-reach). You will play a key role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and organisation across our warehouse and yard, while supporting warehouse and production supervisors as required.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently load/unload shipping containers, semi-trailers, and trucks

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against delivery dockets and purchase orders

Pick and pack orders accurately in line with company procedures, preparing items for dispatch

Organise and store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation, accessibility, and adherence to storage guidelines

Track inventory movements and transactions using MRP systems (MYOB, training provided)

Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical stocktakes

Consolidate pallets and maintain warehouse organisation and tidiness

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and efficiency as a priority

Safely operate high-reach forklifts for pallet racking

Support Warehouse & Production Supervisors as required, which may include assisting in the factory, packing, or organising stock

Skills & Experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Proven experience in pallet handling, movement, storage, consolidation, stock counting, and high-rack placement

Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills

Experience with inventory tracking/MRP systems highly regarded (training provided)

Computer literacy highly regarded

Valid forklift licence with high-reach experience

Ability to lift up to 25kg, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks when required

Must have full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this role

Ideally resides within 30 minutes of our Cromer manufacturing site

Position Details

Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Casual position (Monday–Friday, approx. 7:30–8:00am start to 4:30pm finish)

Pay rate will be based on experience
