The Role:

• Proactively grow portfolio through new and existing clients across residential and small commercial markets
• Deliver on budgeted financials and consistently exceed growth targets within the assigned territory
• Manage key accounts and monitor performance through regular site visits, reviews and call planning
• Ensure effective price management, including implementing price rises and managing credits
• Utilise CRM for reporting, pipeline management, and account planning

Your Background:

• Proven sales experience in the residential or commercial construction industry
• Track record of growth within an account portfolio
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency with a CRM
