• $900 incl Super per day

• ASAP - 6 months with likely extensions

An exciting opportunity to work within a large, sought-after telecommunications organisation, with a high rate and long contract length!

Your Role:

As the SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will deliver high-impact solutions for clients.

You will apply your expertise in a strategic, client-facing role where you will be the force behind meaningful change.

Your Duties and Background:

• You will act as an advisor, taking ownership of client projects from the initial discovery workshops through to final deployment
• You will be responsible for translating business requirements into solutions within SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
• You will be involved in designing systems, managing configurations, and leading client-facing presentations and training sessions
• You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders and deliver solutions

Your Desirable Criteria:

Ideal experience and qualities within-

• Experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off - hands on experience configuring and implementing
• Experience of combined technical and functional experience within the SAP SuccessFactors
• SAP certifications in both Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
• Understanding of core HR and payroll business processes to effectively translate client needs into system solutions
