  • Daily Rate: $850–930/day + super (depending on experience)
  • Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Parramatta)
  • Start Date: ASAP (pending police check)
  • Duration: Initial 12 months with extension potential

As part of its SAP S/4HANA program (SAP FI and SAP HCM), this organisation is reshaping its finance, payroll, and banking platforms. About the Role
We are currently seeking multiple SAP professionals to support a large-scale S/4HANA program. These contract roles span across Accounts Receivable & Banking and Payroll Functional Analysis, offering opportunities to work on complex integrations, system upgrades, and data migration projects.
Each position plays a key role in driving successful outcomes across different streams of the transformation, with close collaboration between business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Banking Functional Scope (SAP FI):

  • Configure SAP FI modules with a focus on AR and Banking
  • Establish payment methods (EFT, BPAY, OSKO), formats, and bank integrations
  • Implement and monitor Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) and auto-reconciliation
  • Map and cleanse financial data for migration into S/4HANA
  • Create and validate data templates and mapping logic
  • Support go-live activities, including cutover and hypercare support
  • Troubleshoot integration and functional issues with payments or statements

Payroll Functional Scope (SAP HCM):

  • Configure and maintain SAP payroll schemas, rules, and wage types
  • Align payroll processes with local tax, superannuation, and compliance obligations
  • Collaborate with HR/Finance to gather and review business requirements
  • Build and validate data mapping for payroll transformation
  • Lead testing cycles including PPRT, UAT, and leave/payroll reconciliation
  • Support post-go-live issue resolution and documentation updates
  • Assist with audits, payroll postings, and finance reconciliations

Cross-functional Support:

  • Engage stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Banking
  • Provide regular updates and documentation across all phases
  • Liaise with external banks for file-based/API integrations and onboarding
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancement assessments

About You

  • Solid hands-on experience in SAP FI (AR, Banking) or SAP HR/Payroll (HCM)
  • Demonstrated success in banking integrations and payment method setup
  • Prior involvement in SAP S/4HANA projects and large-scale ERP environments
  • Strong functional knowledge of Australian payroll compliance and superannuation
  • Proven experience with data mapping, validation, and legacy system migration
  • Skilled in SAP testing methodologies including UAT and PPRT
  • Ability to document functional specs, data dictionaries, and user guides
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business teams
  • Able to pass mandatory pre-employment checks (police check, references)
