We’re on the lookout for an exceptional human to join us at The KH Studio — someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is ready to support our Director while playing an integral role in bringing our brand, content, and community presence to life.

This isn’t your average assistant role. You’ll be working closely with our Founder/Director to manage internal marketing, execute creative campaigns, streamline studio operations, and help us stay connected to our audience — both online and off. From social scheduling to event support, BTS content to inbox management, you’ll help free up our leadership to do what they do best: lead, grow, and scale. It’s part-creative, part-admin, and all about being a trusted right hand to a founder on a mission.

What You’ll Be Doing

🧠Marketing, Content & Creative

➔ Assist with The KH Studio socials (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn): scheduling, engagement & video

➔ Create on-brand marketing materials using Canva (bonus if you’re handy in Adobe!)

➔ Support email marketing, landing pages, and website updates (Squarespace)

➔ Join our content days across the studio, office, and in the wild

🎤Events & In-Person Support

➔ Attend and assist at workshops, shoots, and speaking gigs (setup, content, tech)

➔ Support community events, collabs, and marketing sessions with the Director

➔ Help keep our partnerships, projects and connections warm and well-supported

📌Admin, Research & Ops

➔ Manage DMs, inbox, business phone, calendar, and light appointment logistics

➔ Research opportunities and conduct light outreach (e.g., sponsorships or collabs)

➔ Keep internal tools (Monday, Slack, Google Drive) humming along nicely

Who This Role is Perfect For

You’re a go-getter with a killer eye for detail, a love of creative work, and a can-do mindset. You're just as comfortable editing a Reel as you are managing an inbox. You’re someone who genuinely loves helping things to run smoothly, supporting and learning from our leadership and team, and getting to be part of something with purpose.

You might have a background in marketing, digital media, events, communications, or admin — or you’ve been the behind-the-scenes powerhouse in a creative business before.

Reporting & Collaboration

This role reports directly to the Director of The KH Studio, but you’ll also liaise with our small but mighty team across design, strategy, and content. You’ll be in the know and at the heart of a studio that cares deeply about great work and great people.
