We are looking for someone who would like to work 1-2 half day shifts a week, with the majority being on Monday and Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings as well as helping to cover annual and sick leave periods.
This position would be ideal for someone who thrives at working independently, is proud of being in a team who provide exceptional support to both our patients and practitioners and feel like you've done really useful work at the end of each day.
To succeed in this role you will enjoy working with people and providing a high level of customer service, would enjoy working with psychologists and psychiatrists in a caring, health care environment.

You will be manning the reception desk and your main duties will include: invoicing, phone calls, emails, appointment bookings, patients requests and enquires. We are an all digital practice and use medical software Xestro and Halaxy. Other parts of your time will be spent transcribing and proof reading correspondence and updating databases.
You must be able to picks things up quickly, and like working in a small dynamic team. You will easily engage with people and be a great problem solver.
We pay a competitive hourly rate and you must hold or be willing to get a National Police Check and First Aid certificate. We pride ourselves on high quality health care, and we are looking for someone who is keen to contribute to the excellent administrative services that we offer.
You must obtain your National Police Check and First Aid certificate before starting in this position.
