Your job

• 2-5+ Years experience in commercial construction contract administration,
• Working knowledge and experience with construction specific programs Procore, Jobpac, Cheops, Acconex, Jonas Premier
• Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Trade qualifications with experience in a CA position.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and build long term relationships.
• Oversee cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
• Ensure all contractual documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets legal and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the resolution of any contractual disputes or issues that arise.
