As our Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints and provide information about products and services. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our customers.
YOU:
Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to identify and help Dept. Managers implement improvement oportunities.
Strong time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
Highly personable and empathetic with exceptional listening and influencing ability
Ability to work autonomously as well as with the team
Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
