About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. You’ll be responsible for generating new leads, consulting with customers, and closing sales for solar and battery systems. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new residential and commercial sales opportunities

• Present and promote SA Energy’s solar and battery solutions to potential customers

• Conduct consultations to understand customer energy needs and recommend suitable systems

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM

• Work closely with marketing and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Stay updated on solar technology, incentives, and financing options

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

• Commission: Generous per-sale commission (earning potential up to $200,000/year)

• Proven experience in sales (solar industry preferred but not essential)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
