Founded in 1982, Catholic Regional College Sydenham is a Catholic senior school located in Melbourne’s West. The College is part of the Catholic Regional College Federation, which also includes 7–10 campuses at St Albans, North Keilor, and Caroline Springs. The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive NCCD Administrative Officer to join our Learning Diversity team commencing January 2026. This role is central to ensuring compliance with NCCD requirements, coordinating Program Support Group (PSG) processes, and supporting staff, students, and families across the College.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating the NCCD cycle, including data collection, reporting, and compliance.
Organising PSG meetings and managing parent communication and documentation.
Supporting Student Services, including supervision of assessments and attendance records.
Assisting in the coordination and deployment of Learning Support Officers (LSOs).
Maintaining accurate records, evidence, and databases to support student learning.
About you:
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Experience with NCCD processes or in an educational support environment (highly regarded).
