About the Role

Reporting directly to the Board, the General Manager will:

Provide strategic and operational leadership aligned with St Basil’s mission and values.

Oversee service delivery, clinical governance, financial management, and compliance obligations.

Foster positive stakeholder relationships, including with government and community.

Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated multicultural team of staff.

Oversee the strategic direction of the organisation.

About you

We are seeking an experienced leader with:

A strong track record in aged care or related community services.

Proven capability in operational management, compliance, and quality systems.

Proven track record of managing teams and working with key stakeholders within a organisation

Financial acumen and the ability to prepare and manage budgets and resources.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trusted relationships.

Relevant tertiary qualifications (business or health) are desirable, with clinical experience highly regarded.
