APG Workforce is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to join a highly regarded and well-known poultry company – a household name across Australia!

This role starts on a casual basis with agency at $47.42 per hour + loadings + allowances, with full-time hours (38 per week) plus overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to meet daily KPIs
• Oversee distribution operations to ensure orders are completed on time
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Manage shift rosters and monitor employee performance
• Uphold Food Safety, WHS, and company policies
• Drive improvements in stock control and rotation processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong people leadership skills – team-driven and reliable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
• Great with numbers, reporting, and computer systems
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Flexibility and commitment
• Understanding of workplace health, safety, and food safety standards
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (MUST)
• No birds, pigs, or poultry at home due to quarantine requirements

Desirable (but not essential):

• Forklift licence
• Certificate IV Frontline Management or Cert III/IV in Warehousing
• Food Safety / HACCP certification
• Fire Warden, Spill Kit, or Fatigue Management training
