They are in search of a Service Delivery Supervisor to Lead, Coach & Make an Impact

About the Role:
We’re looking for a people-focused leader who’s ready to take the wheel and keep our transport operations running smoothly.

As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for a team of Service Delivery People (SDPs) – making sure they’re supported, trained, and delivering top-notch service. You’ll be hands-on with route coverage, compliance checks, and customer follow-ups, but a big part of your job will be keeping your team motivated and setting them up for success.

This is a great opportunity if you love leading from the front, solving problems on the fly, and creating a positive, high-performing team environment.

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2+ years of experience leading teams (ideally 20+ people) – transport or logistics background a bonus
• A natural coach – someone who can guide, train, and encourage their team
• Solid organisational and problem-solving skills – you know how to keep things moving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• MR (Medium Rigid) licence preferred, but not a deal-breaker
