Your Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an experienced Platform Support Analyst to join our IT Services Team. This role provides technical support & advice to users across multiple platforms and technologies including Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, HRIS Platforms (iChris/HR21v5/Workday), Kronos Dimensions, Salesforce, Civica, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SQL server stack and associated integrations.
To be successful for this role you will be a hands-on, team orientated professional who is creative, Inquisitive and eager to take ownership of their work while ensuring you follow required protocols and processes.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of multiple, complex platforms and technologies to enable effective integration and utilisation of enterprise applications and services
- Field incoming Support Requests (ServiceNow based Incident and Request Tickets)
- Provide advice, support, and documentation on operating services, including monitoring, and alerting platforms
- Provide support to Service Desk, Field Engineers and to Operations peers on a wide range of systems and platforms
- In consultation with the team and managers, Plan, Design and Develop platform upgrades within their prescribed upgrade cycle, keeping platform currency to within n-1
- Identify system, infrastructure and project interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure support deliverables are achieved
Requirements for Success
- Relevant academic qualifications (technical and/or business related)
- At least two years' experience in an applications support role and 3-5 years of Level 2 customer support experience, including vendor support.
- The ideal candidate should have experience supporting housing or clinical applications, such as AlayaCare and Civica.
- A solid understanding of Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms, along with experience in Power BI reporting and SharePoint
- Solid understanding of T-SQL (MSSQL 2012-2019)
- Aware of all traditional architectural domains: Business, Application, Integration, Data, Information and Infrastructure & Technical
- Strong knowledge of cloud, PaaS (Microsoft's 365 suite essential) as well as platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, iChris/HRESS, Workday and KRONOS Dimensions
- Demonstrated design, build and run skills in Office 365, Power platform, Azure IaaS (incl. Azure AD), SaaS, platform integration, data classification and categorisation, and automation where applicable
- Knowledge of ETL Processes
