This role puts you at the centre of the company’s operations. Reporting into Csuite, you’ll regularly partner with senior leadership, cyber, legal, and industry contacts. You’ll be the compliance and certifications point of reference leading vital frameworks, managing audit processes, and fostering strong partnerships across the business to support practical, business-minded risk and regulatory solutions. You’ll be responsible for upholding and enhancing security standards, ensuring alignment with both internal requirements and client priorities as industry needs evolve.

• Develop, roll out, and maintain policies and processes across key standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ASD ISM, and PSPF. Manage all aspects of certification, both internally and with external auditors, and identify ways to drive continual improvements.
• Keep company policies up-to-date, help prepare tender responses, and support business continuity and recovery planning. You’ll have a voice in risk, policy, and security forums.
• Supervise compliance requirements tied to top technology partners , managing any necessary audits or due diligence processes.

Experience:

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with key frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ASD ISM, PSPF) and how they interconnect.
• A background in handling or running audits—internal or external.
• A pragmatic outlook on regulations, balancing what’s required with what’s practical and commercially sensible.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills: you’re skilled at building positive relationships and bringing people along with you.
• Drive, reliability, and a growth mindset.
• You must be an Australian citizen and able to secure and maintain federal security clearance.
• Education or certification in IT, cyber security, or a relevant discipline highly regarded but not essential
• Previous experience in a managed services, IT consulting or systems integration environment highly regarded but not essential
